Data collection and storage
Any information you reveal in the course of your use of the services provided
by entrian.com will be used only for the purposes of providing that service.
It will not be stored or copied except where such storage or copying is
necessary for the running of the service.
No sharing with third parties
No information you reveal will be shared with any third parties except where
such sharing is necessary for the provision of the service. For example, if
you read your email via our wapmail service, you will reveal your POP3
username and password. We will pass these on to your email provider in order
to allow you to read your email.
No storage of external passwords
Some of services available at entrian.com require you to specify an external
password (that is, a password for a service not run by Entrian Solutions),
for example the password of a POP3 email account. These passwords are not
stored on our servers, but are only used transiently to provide the service.
Exception for law enforcement
In the unlikely event that a law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over
Entrian Solutions or any of its operations should demand access to the
information provided by users of our services, we will cooperate with such
as agency as far as we deem necessary, or the applicable law demands.
